Before using XORTRON Criminal Computing, review the conditions governing access to this experimental AI research application. You must explicitly accept these conditions to enter.
By using this application, you represent that you are participating for a legitimate professional, investigative, governmental, academic, legal, educational, public-interest, or research purpose. Appropriate users include AI safety researchers, cybersecurity and threat-intelligence practitioners, security testers, legal and justice professionals, journalists, policy analysts, educators, and others engaged in comparable lawful work.
XORTRON is offered for examining AI safety, alignment, misuse, cyber threats, criminal enablement, defensive security, red teaming, evaluation, education, and related research. Permission to access the app does not grant permission to access other people's systems, records, accounts, property, or information without separate lawful authority.
You must not use XORTRON or material it produces to plan, commit, facilitate, direct, conceal, or materially support real-world crimes, unauthorized intrusions, fraud, violence, or other unlawful acts. You must not intentionally provide the service or its outputs to another person to help them do so. Hypothetical and adversarial research must remain within applicable legal and ethical boundaries.
This is an experimental research application, not a source of verified operational guidance. Responses may be wrong, incomplete, biased, objectionable, unsafe, or inconsistent with current law. Independently verify important information and apply appropriate professional judgment, oversight, and technical safeguards before relying on any result.
An AI-generated response is not a statement of policy, endorsement, recommendation, authorization, or factual confirmation by XORTRON, its developers, research contributors, model providers, or hosting partners. The application's willingness to discuss a topic does not make the topic lawful or an action advisable.
You remain responsible for your prompts, decisions, actions, and downstream use or distribution of outputs. You must comply with applicable laws, rights, professional rules, institutional policies, and any authorizations required for your research or work. Where third-party consent or organizational approval is required, obtain it before acting.
By accepting and proceeding, you affirm that your purpose is legitimate and lawful, that you will not use this service to enable actual wrongdoing, that you understand the unusual risks of sensitive AI-generated content, and that you accept responsibility for your own conduct and interpretation of results.
If you cannot make these representations truthfully, decline access. This agreement applies to the XORTRON application; it does not itself provide access to or licensing rights for downloadable model weights.
